Free Diving — Any mouse can swim 3 rounds with no penalty. After the third round they must either turn back or roll a STR safe. If they fail they take d4 strength damage. Each additional round they can choose to go back or swim further down. They will not make another we save but will simply roll for STR damage. For each additional damage roll, use a higher denomination of dice for STR damage.
If they are swimming back, they will reach the surface in one round. (So they can choose to swim back, make the appropriate roll and will then be at the surface.)
Swimming under water is usually measured in rounds rather than turns.
Attacking Underwater— Ranged weapons do not work. Slicing attacks are with disadvantage. Only stabbing has full effectiveness.
**Moving Underwater—**Under water, land animals can move or do an action per round, not both. Swimming animals can do both and leave a zone without activating a provoke from any land animal
